Saw an interesting high pass of this one tonight (13736 / 82-118A).
It was on an 81-deg elevation pass in the east, going from north to
south.  Right about culmination, it gave off a sharp flash to about
magnitude -1, then about midway through its descent, its brightness
slowly ramped up from about magnitude +5 to about magnitude +1 then
it slowly faded again.
