I have again updated my Decay Watch page at
http://www.wingar.demon.co.uk/satevo/dkwatch/
The decay of #22564 = 93- 15 B = UFO 1 r1 appears to have slipped one
orbit later over the last seven hours. I now put it at Jan 6 06:12 UTC
+-90m near 23.8N, 97.0E, still over Burma but now the track carries it
over Hyderabad, India, at 06:07 UTC, onwards across S China and the
Pacific to landfall at Chile at 07:01. SpaceCom continues to predict
an earlier decay over the Pacific W of Hawaii on the previous rev at Jan
6 05:05 +-4h at 22.1N, 175.3W.
SatEvo now gives the following elset for the final rev:
UFO 1 r1 8.0 3.0 0.0 5.1 d 23.0 151 x 116 km
1 22564U 93015B 00006.24804591 .96865899 68874+1 53754-3 0 97948
2 22564 27.1612 236.4490 0027274 35.9162 324.2668 16.52328623240438
