1993-015B (#22564) Centaur R/B

SpaceCom's last prediction - prepared 5 January, 16:12 UTC -shows the decay on
                6 January, 04:34 UTC +/- 08 hours (0.2°N, 65.1°E)
MPM delivers with the ELSETS 00004.956...  - 00005.6367... the decay on
                6 January, 03:13 UTC +/- 45 minutes (14.3°N, 114.0°E)
This one rev earlier then SpaceCom's and Alan's prediction. But my
input parameters shows only the result given above.
