Element Manager 1.3.7 released

Element Manager v 1.3.5 and prior versions had some Y2K problems. I've
addressed all those found so far in two releases. The current release is 1.3.7.

I welcome any and all bug reports regarding this new version of the program.

I've been off the SeeSat list for some time (10/99) but will monitor the group
for a few months to see how the program is working.
