C2368 Molniya-M r1 Obs

At 00:20:48 4 Jan UTC +/- 2 sec, Cosmos 2368 Molniya-M r1 #26043 99073B
passed 15 deg below (N) Polaris. Mag was approx 1.5, brighter than the
predicted 2.1 and brighter than ISS which came by in the South a few moments
later. ISS was predicted for a mag 1.0 but was more of a mag 2.
