1999-02B (25617) Orbit Adjust Module -  Report time: 20:20 UTC

OIG (SpaceCom) released shortly ago a new prediction - prepared 16:58 UTC
                      Jan 29, 22:38 UTC +/- 04 hours (14.5°S, 135°E)
This is within 2 minutes identical with my preceding prediction.
But with the last ELSET 99029.6396... MPM shows now a decay about one rev later:
                      Jan 30, 00:07 UTC +/- 44 minutes ( 4.6°S, 126.4°E)
on a northbound pass.

Let us wait and see...
