Cosmos 1933 tum?

Despite it's track taking it above the moon, i observed Cosmos 1933 #18958
and noted a variation in it's magnitude which seems to indicate that it is
tumbling. It was faint, predicted magnitude of 3.9 and it was difficult to
be sure exactly as the glow of the moon was hampering the view. It could
have been an optical illusion but to me there seemed to be a slight change
in it's brightness.
