Hi everybody,
Here is the result of my only observation for tonight because I have to
write an article tonight about satellite watching in our local paper.
96029 B #23907 NOSS 2-3 r

time 23:28:30.5 UTC on jan. 20
magnitude around +5 (color was orange)
time uncertainty : +/- 0.3 sec
location uncertainty : 0.1 deg
coordinates found with Skymap 6.2
That shows it being early 55.5 secs using the following elset :
