Ir 32 mag.estimate + Ir 33 flare photo?

I observed Ir P3S06 32  24945 97051B 05:53 1999-01-18 just right of Polaris
flaring at mag. + 4.2 about three deg. above Polaris. It faded to 4.8
(estimated), then had a second maximum of +3.9 some 10 degrees lower.

Ir P3S07 33  24946 97051C  photographed at predicted -3.7 (may have been
brighter). No sign of second brightening.
