I noted this morning that the Naval Research Lab has updated their
website regarding the upcoming deployment of the ATEX (Advanced Tether
EXperiment) at:

I apologize, but I haven't been able to update the vso pages 
in the last four days and I will be going off-line for the next 10 days 
or so. Richard will compile the elsets next week.
