request for identification

Hello,

I am trying to identify several pictures of satellites which I have taken in
the early nineties. With the help of Satspy, many have already been
identified but this one is still a mistery.

I have derived two positional measurements of a flashing satellite(3 flashes
are clearly visible) which I took on 26 march 1993 at my location 'Damse
Vaart'(see signature)
Time of the exposure was approximately 20h16m UTC.

Position 1: RA: 16h09m
                Dec: 76d09m

Position 2: RA: 19h18m
                Dec: 73d37m

Because I don't know the direction the satellite went, Position 1 could also
be Position 2 and vice versa.

Maybe this is a classified satellite in a 99 degrees sunsync orbit as I
don't find any elsets fitting my observation.

Hope someone can help.
