My previous elset was based on the assumption that the eccentricity
was nearly zero. This assumption was apparently incorrect.
The object was found last night about 7 minutes late compared to
the previous elset.

Unknown 99001
1 99001U 99 4.18327687 .00000000 00000-0 00000+0 0 05

The object was flashing bright enough to be seen in the 12x80
finder scope (for some flashes) between 2:00 and 2:05UT Jan. 5.
Brightest flashes were magnitude 7 or 7.5.
