Mike [Steamroller?] asked about his potential Cosmos 2228 observation (#22286), curious about the flashing behavior. I concur with Jay Respler and Richard Hines -- you saw the right satellite. I observed this sat on June 4, 1998, and it was producing 2nd magnitude flashes. --Rob
