I was able to observe Cosmos 2228 #22286 as it passed overhead at 00:43 03
Jan UTC. It varied in magnitude from 2 to invisible several times at 1x
which indicates that it is tumbling. Other objects seen between 00:43 and
01:04 03 Jan include:
Cosmos 2297 r #23405
Cosmos 1939 #19045
Gblstr 1 Dlt r #25166
Cosmos 1356 r #13154
I tried to look for Meteor 1-6 at 1x but no luck, although it was only going
to be 20 degrees above the horizon. I used these elsets:
Meteor 1-6 5.0 1.5 0.0 5.8 v 215 x 210 km
