I had similar trouble, check their clocks.  It was giving me exactly an
hour out on the GMT; this is related to a problem I have with my Mac not
believing that Canada goes farther east than the U.S. and is too user
friendly to let me type in Z-0400 because it thinks the average Mac user is
too stupid... the single most infuriating feature of my Mac!). SO: check
your computer clock time and time zone offset and they will line up
(checked against GSOC) fine.
