Zipped attachments

Folks,

Sorry to repeat myself here, but it seems to be necessary:

ZIPPED or ENCODED attachments or messages are FORBIDDEN on SeeSat-L.

This is a matter of common sense. Some people can't decode stuff, some
people have to pay for messages. Messages of e.g. 82 Kb are just not done.
If you have large pieces of information you want to share, contact the
folks from the VSOHP, we can always make it available on WWW or FTP.

Always try to remember that whenever you send something to SeeSat-L, it is
sent to 450 people!!

If this current barrage of attached, zipped and encoded messages
continues, more drastic steps will be considered.

Cheers?
