Attached files sent to a mailing list have never been the way to go.

Send a short message saying you have the info, and then offer to send it to
all that request it.

I dont want to unsubscribe, but in the last 24 hours, I have received over
300 K of attached files from you, and I pay 9 cents per minute to download
email because we do not have an ISP in our local calling area.

PLEASE STOP.
