I don't think OrbiTrack can handle hyperbolic orbits (e > 1.0 ),
possibly Starry Night, but my friend dumped his Mac some time ago.

But I've read that there are at least four ways of running PC programs
on a Mac.

RJ's SkySat can handle e>1, and Mike's jan23.zip and Rob's
SkyMap 5.11 (6.1) can handled tabulated data ("Rocket trajectories")

I have sent a SkyMap plot for Malta until Sunrise on Jan.23 to
Mark Borg (markborg@orbit.net.mt)
Unfortunately for Europe, it will still be over 30000 km over the Earth
at 06:13 UT, and too far South on the next appearance.
