SatEvo decay list #46 (issued 1998 January 17)

Below are my latest decay predictions and analyses of recent decays.
The "Actual?" decay dates are my estimates based on the final
available elements. Pegasus debris are included if I predict their
decay by February 28; other objects are included to March 31.

This and other recent decay lists are available on the WWW via
my SatEvo page at
               http://www.wingar.demon.co.uk/satevo/
In addition you can find current elsets (auto-updated every three
hours or so) for the still-to-decay objects below, together with
other objects of interest, including Mir, all of the Iridiums and
recently launched/catalogued objects. Thanks to Neil Clifford,
these elset files are now mirrored for anonymous FTP access from
        ftp://ftp.satellite.eu.org/pub/sat/mirrors/pickup/

Notes

1. #22770: No elsets since day 97364.

2. #12512: The perigee is below 90 km and is likely to be forced
lower still by luni-solar perturbations. The decay date is a guess.
