Try visiting tie.jpl.nasa.gov/dransom/incoming by FTP and you will find 
the thrice-weekly files of orbital data made available to selected users 
by Goddard Space Flight Center.   Goddard issues these Monday, Wednesday 
and Friday and I post them to TIE the following days.

Typically each Monday file is 1.2 Mb in zipped format, withnthe other two 
being close to ~900 kb in zipped format, and these are the nearest anyone 
will get to everything unclassified.
