One of my new year's resolutions was to start contributing
observations in the standard formats. Here goes.

97- 64 B 98-01-02 23:45:55  JDG  159.4 0.5  10 15.9   AA, mag 2.0->7

The Titan r/b was visible to the unaided eye for about 5 secs of
each cycle. The peak brightness was easily as bright as Polaris.

Second Subject:

Since USA 69r is running late, how would I adjust my elset based
on these observations?

Thanks.
