Happy new year everyone.

Thanks to everyone who responded to my previous message - your help 
was appreciated.

Tonight at 21:59 LMT I saw the Cosmos 2333 RKT but it was 
disappearing for 3 seconds and appearing for 3 seconds continually 
until no longer visible. I have never seen this before, can anyone 
tell me why it happened?
