18129 Cos1862 (RS 10/11?) ~1000 x 1000 km has a listed magnitude in the
Molczan files as 6.7d, meaning a derived value based on radar cross section.
The calculated mag value is for 50% illumination at 1000 km. You would need
binoculars in most cases to spot this sat IMHO.

23439/94085A RS15, 2152 x 1892 km, has a listed magnitude in the Molczan
files as 8.3d. You would definitely need binoculars for this sat.

23440/94085B SL-19 R/B 2172 x 1876 km listed as 5.5 mag., probably only
visible with binoculars IMHO.
