96-72B Orbit

In response to Tony Beresford's request asking when 96-72B apogee is likely
to fall below 600Km, I used Alan Pickup's SATEVO program on Pierre
Neirinck's latest (?) orbit, and came up with January 16.
The observable orbit on that day is as follows [indicative not predictive]

 96 72  B  97016.52395488 .02083413
97.8149  84.0108 0337881  73.2972 290.3833 15.64717715

Decay is about 10 days later.
