US-SNAP (Systems for Nuclear Auxiliary Power):

65-27A carried a nuclear reactor, 61-15A/61-31A/69-037A carried RTG's.

Spaceflight Vol. 32, p. 314 (September 1990) has:
"In total, RTGs have been used on 23 US missions. The Apollo moon missions
experiments, the Viking Mars Landers, Pioneer and Voyager missions have
all used RTGs. RTGs are currently providing electricity for Pioneer 10
and 11, Voyager 1 and 2, and the Galileo probe launched last year."

Apollo to Galileo (12 missions):

      69-099 APOLLO 12 US MOON
      71-008 APOLLO 14 US MOON

75-083 VIKING 2 LANDER US MARS
10271 77-076A VOYAGER 2 US ESCAPED SOLAR SYSTEM
10321 77-084A VOYAGER 1 US ESCAPED SOLAR SYSTEM
20298 89-084B GALILEO US HELIOCENTRIC ORBIT (SUN)

Additionally there are three failed missions:

1964 Apr 21 Transit 5BN
1968 May 18 Nimbus B1
1970 Apr 11 Apollo 13 (dec 1970 Apr 17).

Five (or eight?) US-missions with RTG's are missing in my list.
My best guess for these missions are the remaining Transit 5B's:
