Cosmos 361 radioactive?

Since there is a discussion about radioactive debris, I hope
you won't mind if I asked if anyone could tell me if 70-071C
(Cosmos 361 debris) could have contained radioactive material?
I have observed a very strange event on 5-Oct-70 around 8hUT
that have puzzled me for years. I suspect I could have assist
to the reentry of a part of the Cosmos 361 satellite.
The phenomena looked like an extremely bright circular
aurora that spreaded into triangle. The circular phase lasted
a few minutes and the triangular phase for at least 30 minutes.
Any info about this object would be greatly appreciated.
