Is C* 1908 flashing again? ! ?

The Tselina satellite (what I have been calling a member of the C* 1933 
family) C* 1908 = 88-  1 A = 18748 has been observed on a single pass giving a 
bright glint and other peculiar flashing behavior.  Observations are urgently 
requested from those interested in confirming this.
