1995 011K 23772 JAPAN 18 MAR 133.6 46.7 4043 521

Something must be wrong here.

23772(95-11K) must be related to another launch. I guess this is one of the
ullage rockets related to a Proton launch. Does anyone have any idea to
which Proton launch ?(maybe an old one because atmospheric drag could have
lowered its perigee to the value we have now)

Could 23771(95-11J) be one of the solar panels which has been released
during the capturing of the SFU flyer by STS 72 ?
