STS-72/MSTI2 Close Encounter

My best guess is that the close encounter occurred on Orbit 16.8 of STS-72 
over Central Australia at 09:22 UTC 12 Jan 1996.  Both vehicles were at an 
altitude of approximately 223 naut. miles.  One of my programs showed a 
separation of less than 7 miles with updates every one second.  A higher 
calculation rate would ,I think, show a closer encounter.  Anyone else have 
an opinion?  Sure would be nice to have a program calculating future 
encounters.
