 From Russell's observations (1980 Jan 01 to 1995 Nov 30) I have derived
 standard magnitudes (1000 km, 90 deg) for seven DMSP satellites.

World Wide Launches have for DMSP B5D2-7: "Satellite bus based upon Martin
Marietta (originally GE) Astro Space's NOAA TIROS bus: 1.22 metres wide,
6.4 metres long with a single solar panel deployed."
