 Standard magnitudes for low altitude comsats

 From Russell's observations (1980 Jan 01 to 1995 Nov 30) I have derived
 standard magnitudes (1000 km, 90 deg) for 13 low altitude comsats
 (790 x 810 km, 74 deg).
