1.	25 February 2022. 01:18 UT (Post sunset)

Southbound pass. Maximum elevation of pass 74 degrees, azimuth 285
degrees.

Flare interval ~1:18:00 UT – 1:18:40 UT. Max magnitude ~0. Sun
elevation -7 degrees.

Maximum flare ~ 1:18:10 UT. Az/El: 235/65.1. RA/Dec: 3:11.5/+22:38

2.	25 February 2022. 12:10 UT (Pre-sunrise)

Northbound pass. Maximum elevation of pass 72 degrees, azimuth 76
degrees.

Flare interval ~12:09:22 UT – 12:10:30 UT. Max magnitude ~1. Sun
elevation -17 degrees.

Maximum flare ~ 12:10:01 UT. Az/El: 108/69. RA/Dec: 17:04/+29:59

Notes: The total flare duration (naked eye) of #2 is close to the
maximum. It was dark
enough to pick up the satellite soon after it became visible. Compare
that to the first
flare (01:18 UT on 25 Feb 2022) where I probably only had Capella
visible and I detect
the flare after it is close to peak brightness.

The maximum flare time still has some uncertainty to it. Five seconds,
maybe more, either
way can be expected.
