It was pretty dim again (magnitude 10) and we need to ask them to turn on the running lights. 

I also got another SL-16 upper stage (object 22803) which was magnitude 4 - just for comparison. A lot of those SL-16 upper stages are very bright; I might send in those observations tomorrow.
