CB Obs February 20, 2018; USA 245 recovered

An unknown just passed through the field-of-view of my fixed camera
setup, and it correlates well with USA 245 [39232/13043A]. The orbital
estimate below is based on propagating the 162 day old elset to today
and then fitting for mean anomaly and RA of the ascending node, and
another elset fitting for mean anomaly, RA of the ascending node and
argument of perigee. These elsets predicts a passes around 20:50UT for
observers in Northern Europe. I suggest observers to observe not too
close to shadow exit, as the uncertainty in mean motion, eccentricity
and argument of perigee may mean it is still in the shadow.
