Hi all,

Another small piece of software that might be useful to some of you is now
available through my website,

The program, TLExtract, allows to extract all elsets satisfying a certain
criterion, from a file with elsets. For example, you can feed it classfd.tle and
ask it to extract all elsets from it with perigee above 1000 km. Or all elsets
with "USA" in the object name. Etcetera.

A screenshot is here:

I made this program with the classfd.tle file in mind. It is restricted to files
with no more than 1000 elsets, because otherwise it will take the program ages
to sort them out.

TLE's fed into it *must* be 3-line, i.e. they must contain the line 0 with the
object name. You can either open a .txt file with TLE's from the program, or
simply copy-paste TLE's into the input window: both will work.

Output can be saved to a .txt file, or copy-pasted from the output window.

TLExtract is a Windows program working in the .NET framework.
