The 2017 08 launch with 104 objects will take some time for Space-Track to
catalogue and identify all the small objects.
Only 08 A-C 41948-41950 have been catalogued and IDed; resp. Cartosat 2D,
Insat 1A and Insat 1B
Object D-BX 41951-42017 have been catalogued but not yet IDed.
For these object there are TLE's at Space-Track.
Objects 42018-42051 08BY-DH still have to catalogued.
42052 08 DJ is the PSLV 4th stage.
