Clear night with later more and more cirrus and thicker clouds
FIA Radar 4 captured on second pass; very faint.
Possibly the radar antenna has still to be deployed.

As Cees Bassa also mentioned FIA Radar 2 was 66 sec late.
FIA Radar 4 was 4.5 sec early on the TLE Mike McCanys mailed.
37386 and 37391 were 3 and 2 sec early on 10 day old TLE; residuals see
below.
