GPS IIF12 was launched on time at 13:38UTC today.

Here is an estimated transfer orbit:
1 84001U 16900A   16036.70538155  .00000000  00000-0  00000-0 0    02
2 84001  54.9889 240.6721 6029017  96.1467 180.1187  4.05702263    03

At 16:55UTC the Centaur upper stage will reach apogee and perform the
circularization burn, with separation around 17:01UTC. Observers in
Australia and New Zealand are well placed to view the circularization
burn, spacecraft separation and most likely the fueldump of the
Centaur upper stage.

A similar observation, though from a Delta IV upperstage, was observed
with the GPS IIF05 launch:
