Hi all,

A fine photo of a vent cloud seen from Pedro Dome (65.04 N, 212.54 E) near
Fairbanks, Alaska by Dennis Mammana has been published as a "mystery object" on
Spaceweather:

http://www.spaceweather.com/archive.php?view=1&day=22&month=02&year=2014

(scroll down a bit on the page).

Position on the photograph matches USA 248/GPS 2F-05 launched Feb 20 very well:
the satellite was near az 290 elevation 17 degrees, RA 23h45m10s dec +23 48'
near that time (Feb 21, 6:15 UT) for this location.
