We can completely, 100% rule it out. The orbital geometry of 2012 DA14 and fragments in even only somewhat similar orbits is such that they can NEVER enter at 55N latitudes. Because coming from the direction of the 2012 DA14 orbit, that is the "far side" of the earth.
