As of today, 27434 (Ofeq 5) and 31601 (Ofeq 7) elements
are available through 2009-Dec-31. 36608 (Ofeq 9) is not
    available at all.

32476 (TecSAR) is also available through 2009-Dec-31.
But Indian 34807 (RISAT) who used to work in pair with
TecSAR is not available at all. Other Indian observation
    satellites are still available.

    Sincerely,
    Igor Lissov
