    Congratulations George!
    
    At roughly the same time: 18:48 UTC , but the day after (9 Feb) I was 
    trying to observe Cosmo-SkyMed 1 flare. No luck here! I think I was 
    blinded by streetlights! (Although a -1 object should have been 
    visible). I will try again today, as its plane is in the same place.
