    I very much doubt that.
    
    In 2003, Japan requested that the U.S. not publish the TLEs of its IGS satellites, and the U.S
    complied.
    
    In 2009, France got the same treatment for its milsats.
    
    So no surprise that Israel has now sought and obtained equal treatment. No doubt there will be
    others.
