    Dale,
It has been stated that the stable orientation will be face-on
to it's motion. Once that happens there will no nighttime flares from
the sun. The object being reflected must be above the horizon. Draw a
picture if you are not sure. Would you be satisfied with a lunar
    reflection?

    Hello

Is nanosail-d in a stable orientation with predictable flares like an
    iridium?

I can't find nanosail or 90027 at Space-Track. Is it "classified" or is
there some other way to search for latest elements?

    Dale
