My sister called me out of the blue to ask if there had been a meteor or reentry around 8:30pm EST 2/18 (01:30 GMT 2/19). We're in Richmond, VA and she says what she saw was traveling west to north at about 45 degrees elevation, moved very fast, and was orange in color.

Could she have seen the next and final orbit after Tim Luton's Suffolk, VA pass?

What software (preferably Java or at least Mac OSX) is favored for orbit visualization?

    Thanks!
