On Feb 12 at 00:39 utc, a proton rocket will liftoff with the Intelsat 16 geo sat.

Instead of the breeze upper stage placing the geo sat, into a geo transfer orbit, the geo sat will be placed directly into geo orbit.

Intelsat 16 will be located at 58 degrees West, so it will end up beside
    Intelsat 9 ( 26451 )

There will be 35 apt's in orbit, after this launch.

Was looking forward to seeing Intelsat 16 in orbit, but looking at pictures of it, from what I see, there's a anti reflective blanket are something dark on the antenna's surface, so wrecking the flaring, the antenna's could cause, due to otherwise shiny surface, that would be good for reflecting sunlight.
