    The NASA/JPL Orbiting Carbon satellite will be launched in a few hours.
    
    It will be launched on a Taurus XL rocket at 9:51 UTC ( Feb 24 ).

    This is the last satellite to be placed into orbit, thus finishing the 
    A-train.
