Regarding Time Signals

Hi all: This past Sunday I noticed I was getting 4 time signal stations on
my radio: 15, 10, 5, 3.33 MHz. When I timed the time signals I found about
a 1 sec spread, unsually large I thought. Anyway, no 2 signals were exactly
the same. Does this have some affect on the non-GPS timing for observers
that rely on radio time signals? In the evening, I usually can only hear the
    station at 3.333 MHz.

    PeterG.
