BY Obs Feb 20-21 Including Off Belt Flaring Geosats

    With Mike's help, I have tried to predict and see flaring geosats outside the 0 inclination belt. As you can see, there are quite a few visible. Only 33414 is in a true geostationary orbit. The others are all north of the belt right now; after the peak date for my (and your) flaring season, ones south would be favored. All these were from downtown Tulsa, with my 12" Dob. TDRS-1 and Galaxy 4R were easily seen in the 6x30 finder. I also looked for several of the 96xxx objects and MiTex (29242), but couldn't see them.
