Superbird A rising in the east

    Superbird A (89-041A, 20040) is rising in the east
    for Austin, Texas (and therefore most of North 
    America).  The other evening it was exiting the 
    Earth's shadow at about 3 hours UT, which is about 
    the time that it ought to flash right now.  Last
    summer its flash period had dropped to just 
    slightly below 11 seconds.
